Why do I need to tell you my flight details?
Whatever time you want to arrive at the terminal, just tell us your flight number and your preferred pickup time from home, and we’ll be there to collect you and your luggage (and the kids!).
As we all know, return flights can be early, on time, or delayed – and that airport baggage carousels can be in a time zone of their own! Our online flight tracker show us flights in real time, so we know about any delays. We aim to ensure your driver is in the terminal car park 30 minutes after your plane has landed. If your flight is delayed we will adjust your collection time accordingly.
IMPORTANT: You must inform us of any flight number changes asap. Please call us at 01420 88888. Our online flight tracker will keep us informed of any delays or cancellations, but not flight number changes or new flights you might have been booked on as a result.
Why no Terminal 1 Heathrow service?
Heathrow Terminal 1 closed in 2015 and is now used for training and the baggage system for Terminal 2.
